This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Aftershow service ("Service").

This policy applies to listing agents who create accounts, touring agents who interact with the Service through surveys and communications, and visitors to our website.

Listing agents: By creating an account and consenting to SMS communications, you may receive messages related to your account and showing activity. You can opt out of future SMS messages by following the instructions included in the message, replying STOP where supported, or contacting us.

Touring agents: The Service sends post-showing survey requests to touring agents via SMS and email on behalf of listing agents. These messages are intended to relate to a specific property showing and related follow-up. To help recipients understand the source of the communication, messages or survey pages may identify the listing agent, the property, and Aftershow as the technology provider. Touring agents may opt out of future SMS messages by following the instructions included in the message, replying STOP where supported, or contacting us or the listing agent directly.

Message frequency varies based on showing activity. Message and data rates may apply.

5. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Between agents: Survey responses from touring agents are shared with the listing agent who manages the property. Listing agent information may be included in communications sent to touring agents.

  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
